Palm Springs Tram Road Challenge

Calling all adventurous runners and walkers!

The 25th annual Palm Springs Tram Road Challenge is coming up on October 29, 2011! If you enjoy testing your endurance, you’ll want to participate in this thrilling 6k Up Hill Walk/Run that is sponsored by the Palm Springs Aerial Tram and benefits the Police Activities League.

So why is it a challenge? This strenuous walk/run follows a beautiful path, but features a 2,000-foot elevation gain over 3.7 miles. However, you’ll probably be having so much fun, you will forget all about the “challenge” part. And to celebrate the event's 25th anniversary, each contestant that completes the Palm Springs Road Tram Challenge will receive a custom finisher medal.
