Palm Springs Modernism Week

Modernism – which originated in the 1950s and 1960s – is a design aesthetic defined by clean, simple lines and elegant informality. Modernism Week is an exciting nine-day event, held from February 14-24, 2013, that celebrates the classic mid-century design aesthetic and architecture.

The celebration features an annual architecture symposium, the Architecture and Design film series, lectures, a vintage car show, home tours, double decker bus tours and much more at venues throughout the Palm Springs area.

This highly anticipated event is perfect for art lovers and Modernism enthusiasts looking for artistic inspiration that goes above and beyond museums.
